APSARA National Authority restores the outer wall of the Bakong temple
The restoration team of APSARA National Authority is restoring the outer wall of the Bakong temple, which collapsed 15 meters long and 5 meters high during the 1970s due to factors such as aging and lack of maintenance.
This restoration project started in early 2021 and has achieved more than 80% of the worked plan and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2021.
