Cambodia confirmed 31 new cases of Covid-19 on Sunday 22nd March, adding up to 84. These new cases were reportedly the tourists staying at the Independence Beach Hotel at Sihanouk Ville. These people were entitled to stay at the hotel and the hotel itself is temporarily locked down for treatment.
