Grand Twins International Cambodia (CSX:GTI) announce FYE19 dividend of 50 KHR per share

Taiwanese owned garment manufacturer Grand Twins International Cambodia (CSX:GTI) will distribute 50 Khmer riels per share representing approximately 1.49% of its current share in annual dividends payable on 05 February 2021.

According to official documents submitted to the exchange Monday, the company said it will distribute the amount of 2 billion riels in annual dividends.

This figure represents 36.07% of the profit after tax of the Fiscal year-end (FYE) of 2019 with each shareholder receiving the amount of 50 Khmer Riels per share.

Shareholders named in the official list of shareholders on 29 January 2021 will be eligible.

GTI FYE 2018 Dividend Payout Ratio was 41.45% of the profit after tax with a total dividend of 2,400,000,000 Khmer Riel representing 60 Khmer Riel per share.

The Company stated the reduction was due to decreasing profit after tax for the FYE of 2019 comparing to the profit after tax for the FYE of 2018.

GTI was trading steady at 3,400 riels per share at 10:00AM Indochina time
