Cambodian Prime Minister Urges The Strengthening Of The Agricultural Sector
Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia has suggested the strengthening of the agricultural sector to meet the long-term economic impact of the COVID-19 infection. The Cambodian Prime Minister made the request while chairing a meeting of the Council of Ministers on Tuesday.
In the press release on the results of the meeting, Samdech Techo outlined several measures to address the ongoing and potential causes of the COVID-19 disease.
Samdech Techo urged relevant authorities to get ready essential food for the Cambodian people such as rice and salt.
in order to prepare food for the domestic demand, Samdech Techo also ordered the temporary suspension of the export of white rice and rice paddies. AKP
