The Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Geneva emphatically dismisses the radically one-sided, politicized, imaginary and misleading statement of three Special Rapporteurs, who are indeed not the UN staff, as to the nature of the National Internet Gateway (NIG).
