Ministry of Commerce, PTT Cooperate to Promote Local Products
The Ministry of Commerce and PTT (Cambodia) have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cooperation in promoting and increasing the sales of local products at gas stations.
The MoU was signed here late last week between H.E. Sok Sopheak, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Commerce and Mr. Nuttapong Kaewtrakulpong, Managing Director of PTT (Cambodia) under the witness of H.E Pan Sorasak, Minister of Commerce.
The cooperation will contribute to enhancing trade and economic development, especially to boosting the use of domestic products more widely among the public, as well as to promoting a rich market for domestic products.
The MoU will be carried out in Phnom Penh capital and the provinces of Siem Reap, Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Cham and Takeo from late January onwards.
Local products to be displayed for sales at PTT gas stations include seasonal fruits, cakes, and souvenirs. AKP
