Nearly 8.4M People Vaccinated in Cambodia
A total of 8,396,613 people in Cambodia have been vaccinated against the COVID-19 pandemic, or 80.38 percent of the planned 10 million people to be inoculated, as of August 10.
The figures were shared by the National Ad-hoc Commission for COVID-19 Vaccination, adding that of them, 6,438,770 have already got their second doses of COVID-19 vaccines.
At the same time, 359,094 minors aged 12 to 17 have been vaccinated, equal to 18.26 percent of the planned 1,966,931 youngsters.
Members of the diplomatic corps, staff of UN agencies and international organisations and their family members, and foreign residents were among the vaccinated people.
