Cambodia Reports 880 New COVID-19 Cases; 288 Recovered
Cambodia reports 880 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), which are all locally-transmitted cases, announced the Ministry of Health in a press release this morning.
At the same time, 288 COVID-19 patients have been successfully recovered and allowed to be discharged after being tested negative twice consecutively. They are still required to do quarantine of 14 days.
The tally now increases to 12,641, of which 12,090 cases are connected to the Feb. 20 Community Event, a COVID-19 cluster infection incident in Cambodia. The total recovered patients stood at 4,986 with 91 fatal cases.
