According to a press release from the Embassy of Japan in Phnom Penh, this fund will be used for installing water hyacinth bioethanol equipment at Kampong Chhnang Provincial Department of Environment, constructing one maternity ward at Toul Health Centre in Mondulkiri province, building one inpatient ward at Chhep Health Centre in Preah Vihear province, providing a mobile clinic vehicle in Siem Reap province, and installing medical equipment at Cambodia-Vietnam Friendship Infirmary in Preah Sihanouk province.

Mr. MIKAMI Masahiro, Ambassador of Japan and representatives of the five recipient organisations signed their contracts respectively.
