Another imported case from the US into the Kingdom via South Korea
As of 9:30 PM Thursday 22, May 2020 the Ministry of Health announced there is another imported case coming from the USA and transit in South Korea.
The case happened on a 39-year-old woman living in Tek Thla Khan Sen Sok Phnom Penh. She arrived on 8th May, but she went to have a test at the Cambodia-Russia Friendship hospital on 12th May as she thought she was infected. But the test turned negative at that time. Until 20th May the doctors started to run another test on her and finally found positive yesterday.
She is now receiving treatment in the Cambodia-Russia Friendship hospital.
As of 6 am Saturday 23, May 2020 the total confirmed cases are now 124, 122 have recovered while 2 more patients are in treatment.
