Cambodia cures 2 more patients of COVID-19 while only 2 new infection cases
As of 7 am on April 12, 2020, the Ministry of Health of Cambodia has treated 2 more patients recovering from the COVID-19, bringing the total number of recoveries to 77 at the same time, there are just 2 new cases.
The 2 recover people are the 2 Malaysian men working to propagate the Islamic religion to the people in Kang Meas, Kampong Cham province.
The 2 new infected cases are:
- A 24-year-old Chinese woman who is a tourist staying temporary in Phnom Penh
- A 50-year-old Canadian (Chinese origin) who is the husband of the above woman
So far, there have been a total of 122 cases across the country, with a total of 77 recovered cases and the number of inpatients reduces to 45 people.
