Cambodia Reports 2 New Cases Of COVID-19, 1 Recovered
Cambodia this evening reported two new cases of confirmed COVID-19 infection and a recovered case, according to a press release of the Ministry of Health.
The two new reported cases were found in Siem Reap province on two Indonesian nationals, aged 41 and 44 years old, while the recovered case is a 57-year-old Cambodian man in Koh Kong province.
As of this evening, there are in total 98 COVID-19 patients in Cambodia, including 38 Cambodians, 36 French, 12 Malaysians, 5 British, 2 Americans, 2 Indonesian, one Canadian, one Belgian, and one Chinese. Of them, 11 have recovered.
Since the first case detected in Preah Sihanouk province in late January, the COVID-19 pandemic has now hit 13 provinces and the capital of Cambodia. AKP
