Cambodia Reports 624 New COVID-19 Cases; 48 Recovered
Cambodia reports 624 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), which are all locally-transmitted cases, announced the Ministry of Health in a press release this morning.
At the same time, 48 COVID-19 patients have been successfully recovered and allowed to be discharged after being tested negative twice consecutively. They are still required to do a quarantine of 14 days.
The tally now increases to 7,013, of which 6,470 cases are connected to the Feb. 20 Community Event, a COVID-19 cluster infection incident in Cambodia. The total recovered patients stood at 2,524 with 45 fatal cases.
