Cambodia Reports 105 New Cases of Covid-19 and 88 Recoveries
Cambodia reports 105 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19); the tally increases to 1450, of which 915 are related to the Feb. 20 Community Event, the current cluster infections in Cambodia.
According to a press release of the Ministry of Health issued this morning, all of the 105 cases are locally-transmitted cases including 35 Cambodians, 50 Chinese, and 11 Vietnamese, 8 Thais, and 1 Malaysian. They are found in Phnom Penh capital and the provinces of Kandal, Preah Sihanouk, Koh Kong, and Prey Veng.
At the same time, 88 COVID-19 patients have been successfully recovered and allowed to be discharged after being tested negative twice consecutively.
The total recovered cases in the Kingdom, therefore, rose to 818 with 1 fatal case.
