The remarks of Thai Government spokesman attacking Samdech Techo HUN SEN are baseless, useless and intentionally creating trouble

The remarks of Mr. Jirayu Huangsap, spokesman for the Thai government, that Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate, violated the Cambodian Constitution and international law regarding the expression of military command over the role of Prime Minister and appealed to the international community to monitor the role of Samdech Techo on this activity are useless, baseless and attempting to create trouble. This is not the first time since the border conflict erupted that such accusations on the part of Thai senior officials have been using with the sole aim of executing the tactical attack against Cambodia spiritually.
As the President of the Senate, a high-level legislative body, and the Acting Head of State in the absence of His Majesty The King, Samdech Techo Hun Sen enjoys the full rights in the exercise of His duties to monitor and oversee the destiny of the nation, the Cambodian people, and the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Cambodia.
At the same time, Samdech Techo Hun Sen, as the President of the Cambodian People’s Party which is the current Ruling Party, is fully duty-bound to monitor and oversee the national development and the protection of the territorial integrity of the CPP-led-Royal Government with Samdech Hun Sen as the Party President.
Moreover, in His role as Chairman of the Supreme Council of the King, with the rank of Prime Minister, Samdech Techo Hun Sen has every right to monitor the overall situation and development of the country and humbly and respectfully offer advice to His Majesty The King on national affairs as well.
Furthermore, since the commencement of border tension between Cambodian and Thailand, Samdech Techo Hun Sen who is also a five-Star General of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, has accepted the position of Senior Logistics Officer with satisfaction in order to provide support and supply to the army so as to defeat the Thai invaders. Samdech Techo has already stressed that those who have the right to command the army are the Prime Minister, the Minister of National Defense and the Commander-in-Chief, but Samdech Techo himself is the second person after the King who is the leader of the country.
If Mr. Jirayu Huangsap, a spokesman for the Thai government, still does not clearly understand the role, duties and responsibilities of Samdech Techo in relation to national affairs based on the constitution and laws explained above, he can ask AI for more clarification.
Mr. Jirayu Huangsap, spokesman for the Thai government, should remind his government to implement the ceasefire agreed upon recently in order to maintain peace between the two countries, which was facilitated and hosted by Dato’ Seri Anwar Bin Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia and ASEAN Chairman, with the cooperation of the United States and the support of China.
