Under the new system, international visitors can purchase their Angkor Pass through self-service kiosks and make payments using various digital methods. The system supports Acleda Bank cards as well as all major international payment cards, including VISA, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, and Diners Club International. Additionally, payments can be made through KHQR, the AC Super App, the Bakong Tourists App, or any participating banking app.

The Angkor Pass self-service kiosks have been installed at three key locations:

  • Angkor Institution (60 Meter Road)
  • Angkor Institution near Angkor Wat
  • Heritage Walk Shopping Mall

The implementation of digital ticketing falls under the authority of the Angkor Institution, aligning with the Cambodian government’s efforts to enhance services for international tourists, attract more visitors, and boost the national economy. The automated system not only improves efficiency but also reduces manual transactions, enhancing transparency and accessibility for tourists.

With this latest advancement, Cambodia continues to modernize its tourism infrastructure, ensuring a seamless experience for millions of visitors to Angkor Wat while supporting broader economic growth in the travel sector.
