APSARA National Authority removes high-risked trees at Banteay Kdei temple
Experts from the Department of Forestry Management, Cultural Landscapes and Environment of the APSARA National Authority, is taking emergency measures against 19 trees that pose a high risk at Banteay Kdei temple. The work is being done to ensure the safety of tourists, avoid accidents that endanger lives, and prevent further damage to the temple structures.
The trees that were removed and pruned including the dead trees as well as the trees have so many branches growing near the temple.
