New Shoe Factory To Open In Kampong Cham Province
Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) has approved an investment project to establish a shoe factory in Kampong Cham province.
According to a CDC press release made public this morning, with an investment capital of US$10.3 million, the newly approved project could generate 3,379 jobs for the locals.
Located in the Chheu Teal village, Pdao Chum commune, Cheung Prey district, this investment project belongs to Mann Long Shoes Co., Ltd., pointed out the same source.
Such investment demonstrates confidence of foreign investors in Cambodia’s macroeconomic, political and social stability, especially during this COVID-19 crisis.
