The Prime Minister of Cambodia, Hun Sen, has delivered a speech at the Universal Peace Federation (UPF) World Summit 2020.

His key speech is mainly about the “Security and Human Development in the Republic of Korea” which includes, but not limited to, the experience Cambodia has in order to finish its eternal war and rebuild the country back from nothing.
