Cambodia exports over 1.8 million tonnes of agricultural products in first two months
In the first two months of this year, Cambodia exported some 1,835,475 tonnes of agricultural products to 52 countries around the world, a report of the General Department of Agriculture at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries pointed out.
The figure showed an increase of some 159,331 tonnes or 9.51 percent compared to the same period of 2021, it added.
According to the report, the exported agricultural products include 103,058 tonnes of milled rice, a year-on-year increase of 35.21 percent, and 651,101 tonnes of paddy rice, up 16.47 percent,
Besides, it said, the non-rice agricultural products were amounted to 1,318,642 tonnes, up 0.50 percent. Khmer Times
